You must not share your login details with any third party. phjoy8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phjoy8 immediately by contacting our support team.
phjoy8 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

phjoy8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phjoy8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjoy8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
